Introducing the Rockin' Rovers!
We are a group of dog sport enthusiasts that love to get together and have fun with our dogs. We perform freestyle demos for nursing homes, assisted living centers, libraries, humane society fundraisers and schools. We also compete in World Canine Freestyle Organization competitions in Michigan and the surrounding states.
We are all about having fun and what could be more fun than putting on some music and dancing with your best friend!
We love to teach others about freestyle and currently offer classes and seminars in the Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo, MI areas. Contact us for current class offerings!
Check out some of our videos and pictures, read about our members and if you'd like contact us for a demo, we would love to perform for you!

How did the Rockin' Rovers get started?
Years ago a lady named Pat discovered the fun sport of freestyle at an event. She took some classes and worked like crazy trying to get the sport started. She ended up teaming up with Nancy and Jen and they became a freestyle force in West Michigan. After years of teaching classes they came up to the Well Mannered Dog Center in Wyoming, MI and started offering freestyle classes. The group of ladies in the fall 2012 class were so excited about freestyle that they were requested to perform demos! They decided the group needed a name and the Rockin' Rovers were created!
The Rovers now perform demos all over West Michigan and also put on the annual World Canine Freestyle Organization Competition the "Frosty Dog Follies" every Spring.
